We would love to meet or talk with you to determine your needs anytime. All events are subject to 8% Maine Meal Tax and 20% Gratuity. All fees and 10% of the total is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. 50% of the balance is due 30 days prior to the event. Final head count and remaining payment is due 7 days prior. Any cancellation less than 7 days prior to the event will not be refunded. Minimum order of 25 people, discounts for groups over 150. Events under 25 people are still welcome, call us to discuss. Prices are subject to change without notice. Delivery and Pick Up Fee (+$30) per trip less than 10 miles away. Please add (+$1) per mile for distances over 10 miles away
Bar Service
It is our sincere hope that your event is both a joyous celebration and a safe and happy memory. Rita's catering adheres to all liquor laws and policies of the state of Maine designed to ensure the safety of all your guests. Our class I license allows us to purchase and sell alcohol to our clients. Our bartenders are tips certified. There is always a second person for monitoring

All bar prices are subject to 8% Maine state sales tax and 20% gratuity charge on open bars glassware is available for an additional charge. Bar service is (+$500) and includes: application fees for city and state permits for the event. Actual set up and tear down of the bar at the event. Bartender fee (4 hours per event) up to 75 guests over 100 guests = 2 bartenders and/or bar back - add (+$100). More than 4 hours will be charged an extra (+$50). Prices subject to change without notice. $500 sales minimum.
