Our owner, Rita, is a first-generation Greek Orthodox woman who grew up learning the art of cooking from her grandmother. Together, they made everything from scratch — hand-rolled pasta, rich desserts, and meals filled with fresh meats and vegetables straight from the family garden. Those early days instilled in Rita a deep love for food, family, and community.
Her culinary journey continued as she helped her mother manage a pizza shops, later traveling to Greece to reconnect with her roots and learn even more traditional dishes from her mother-in-law. Cooking isn't just a job for Rita — it's her passion and her purpose. Whether it's a wedding, a corporate luncheon, or even a celebration of life, she believes food should bring people comfort, joy, and connection.
Over the years, Rita and her team have grown from running local restaurants to building a full-time catering company that proudly serves corporations, communities, and families across the state.
